1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or major globally recognized holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving) will be processed on the next business day.

New Zealand
Select European countries (United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark)

3. Estimated Delivery Times
We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Below are estimated shipping times based on destination:
United States: 10-15 business days
Canada: 10-15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8-20 business days
United Kingdom & Major European Countries: 7-14 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Cost
Shipping is completely free for all orders above USD 50, regardless of the destination. For orders below USD 50, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to update after shipment.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing.

7. Shipping Delays
While we aim for timely deliveries, external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, and postal service delays may impact delivery times. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
8. Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge a re-shipping fee to resend the order.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
10. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Refunds may be issued minus any incurred shipping costs.
